Board of Appeals Minutes of January 28, 1998 Page 3 William McElroy- _ Requests a Variance from Sections 174-31, 174-33 and 174-86 By-laws for permission to vary the front setback requirements, the setback from the wetlands the Zoning to allow construction in the ACEC. The applicant proposes to construct a single family homeand with a front setback of 25 feet from Great Oak Road and a setback of 35 feet to the edge o e wetlands. The property is located in an R-3 zoning district at 407 Great Oak Road (Map 126, Block 48) (Owner of record: Christopher Burden TR). Members sitting: E. Govoni, J. Regan, I Dorgan. Norman Hayes and Dave Crispin of the BSE Group represented the applicant. Plans were reviewed. There was discussion about potential concern of neighbors in the area. The Board requested the area be staked and personally viewed. There was no public comment. J. Regan motioned to take the matter under advisement pending a walk over the area an input from Greg Taylor, DPW. J. Dorgan seconded.
