(owner of record: Fields Point Ltd. Partnership). <br /> Members sitting: E. Govoni, I Regan, R. Nelson <br /> There was no representation but Mr. Govoni said he had reviewed plans at the Design <br /> Review Committee and that the Board could act. He informed the Board that the Design <br /> Review has approved the signs and the issue before the Board is whether to allow two <br /> signs since one of them will face 151. Mr. Nelson moved to grant the Special Permit to <br /> allow two signs of 13 square feet each in space formerly occupied by Atlantic Baker and <br /> Cefalo's Restaurant. Mr. Regan seconded. All agreed. <br /> Plymouth Savings Bank-Requests a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By- <br /> laws for permission to vary the setback requirement in a C-I zoning district on property <br /> located at 675 Falmouth Road (Map 81, Block 36)Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: <br /> Cathy Chauvin TRS.) <br /> Plymouth Savings Bank-Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-17 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws for permission to expand an existing bank building with a 465 square foot <br /> addition on property located in a C-I zoning district at 675 Falmouth Road (Map 81, <br /> Block 36)Mashpee, W. (Owner of record: Cathy Chauvin TRS.) <br /> Members sitting: E. Govoni, J. Regan,R. Nelson <br /> Attorney Brian McDermott represented the applicant and requested that the Board's <br /> decisions be sent to frim at Box 547, Falmouth, MA 02541. He said that the Bank had <br /> received a Special Permit in 1950 and the building is now being expanded by 465 square <br /> feet and additional parking is being added. Mr. Govoni asked if the Board had any plans <br /> for the building and if it had been approved by the Design Review Committee. Mr. Hauck <br /> said this had not been done. Mr. Regan asked for height of building and Mr. Govoni said <br /> it was 30', He said he would never have approved the roof design. He said applicant <br /> should have come for a major modification of the original Special Permit. Mr. Nelson said <br /> any permits granted should be based on an as-built plan. Mr. Govoni agreed and said he <br /> would like an as-built plan with exact dimensions on the building and on the parking <br /> spaces. Mr. Regan asked that the Design Review committee review the plans at their next <br /> meeting tentatively set for July 10. Mr. Govoni said the Board should have two sets of <br /> the as-built site plan. He moved to take the application under advisement. Mr. Regan <br /> seconded. All agreed <br />
