Board of Appeals Minutes- August 27, 1997 3, Mr. Govoni stated that all members had visited the site and he considered that the hardship in the use of the land was self-imposed. Mr. Govoni moved to deny the application without prejudice. Mr. Nelson seconded. All agreed. Minutes -Mr. Regan moved to accept Minutes of July 23, 1997. Mr. Govoni seconded. Ms. Hawver made the vote unanimous. Steven Kyros -Mr. Hauck explained that he has cited Mr. Kyros for incomplete landscaping, changing of sign location and failure to post a bond. He suggested that the landscape designer review the site and appear before the Board at the next meeting. Mr. Kyros said there were changes made after the landscape plan was approved. Mr. Hauck said he also has to apply for a Special Permit for the convenience store. There was discussion that Mr. Kyros will have to present a$5,000 check to the Board of Appeals office to be placed in a CD by the Town Treasurer. Mr. Govoni said that Mr. Kyros should appear at the September 10 meeting. hkating Schedule-Mr. Govoni said the Board would schedule an informational meeting with Town Counsel to review questions from Board members.
