BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> Minutes <br /> Wednesday, June 25, 1997 - 7:30 P.M. <br /> The Mashpee Board of Appeals held a meeting on Wednesday, June 25, 1997 at 7:30 <br /> P.M. at the Mashpee Town Hall, Board Members present were James E. Regan III, Vice <br /> Chairman; Cheryl A. Hawver, Clerk; and Associate Members Robert G. Nelson, Richard <br /> T. Guerrera and Michael A. Makunas. Chairman Edward M. Govoni was present for the <br /> Dunkin' Donuts hearing. Associate Member James M. Dorgan was absent. Building <br /> Inspector William F. Hauck was in attendance. <br /> Garde Realty Trust -Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-25.1.9 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws for the construction of a pier, ramp and float on property located in an R-3 <br /> zoning district at 184 Daniel's Island Road (Map 100, Block 21)Mashpee, MA. (Owner <br /> of record: Mary K. Irwin TR.). <br /> Members sitting: J. Regan, C. Hawver, R. Nelson <br /> Engineer David Sanicki represented the applicant and informed the Board that the <br /> proposed dock has been approved by the Conservation Commission and Harbormaster <br /> and Shellfish. He noted that the pier will be 70 feet in length. Mr. Regan read a memo <br /> from the Shellfish Constable in favor of the applicant. Mr. Nelson moved to grant the <br /> Special Permit as shown on Cape& Islands Engineering Plan 050797. He found that the <br /> dock is a permissible use and has been approved by the Harbormaster, Conservation and <br /> Shellfish. Ms, Hawver seconded, All agreed. <br /> Samuel J. Mancuso -Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-25.1.9 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws for the construction of a dock on John's Pond on property located in an R-5 <br /> zoning district at 79 James Circle (Map 64, Block 39)Mashpee,MA. <br /> Members sitting: J. Regan, C. Hawver, R. Nelson <br /> Mr. Mancuso represented his application and presented plans for the 50' dock which has <br /> been approved by Conservation. No continents were received from abutters. Mr. Nelson <br /> moved to grant the Special Permit, Ms. Hawver seconded. All agreed. <br />
