MASHPEE BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> Minutes <br /> Wednesday, May 14, 1997 <br /> The Mashpee Board of Appeals held a meeting on Wednesday, May 14, 1997 at 7:30 PM at the <br /> Mashpee Town Hall. Board Members present were Ed Govoni, Chairman, James E. Regan, III, <br /> Vice Chairman, Cheryl-A. Hawver, Clerk and Associate Members Michael A. Makunas, Robert <br /> Nelson and James Dorgan. Associate Member Richard T. Guerrera was absent. Building <br /> Inspector William Hauck was in attendance. <br /> Dunkin' Donuts- Request for continuation pending design review. <br /> Members present: E. Govoni, J. Regan, M. Makunas, R. Nelson, J. Dorgan <br /> Mr. Govoni moved to grant continuance until May 28, 1997. Mr. Regan seconded. All agreed. <br /> Cape Cod Coffee- offee Roasters Outlet - Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-25.E.1 <br /> of the Zoning By-laws for permission to operate a retail store on property located in a C-2 zoning <br /> district at 348 Main St. (Map 36, Block 51) Mashpee, MA. Owner of record: Demos Young <br /> TR. Special Permit 94-34 granted for this use has expired. <br /> Members sitting: E. Govoni, J. Dorgan, R. Nelson <br /> J. Regan stepped down for this hearing. E. Govoni moved that the Special Permit under Section <br /> 174-25.E.1 be granted as Special Permit 94-34 granted for this use has expired. J. Dorgan <br /> seconded. All agreed. <br /> Harwich__Concrete Block- Requests a Special Permit under Sections 174-25.E.8 and 174-51.0 of <br /> the Zoning By-laws to allow the outside storage of building materials and alteration to an existing <br /> sign on property located in a C-2 zoning district at 544.Main St. (Map 20, Block 24)Mashpee, <br /> MA (Owner of record: Christopher S. Cushman, TR.J.W.F. Trust). <br /> Members present: E. Govoni, J. Regan, C. Hawver, M. Makunas, R. Nelson, J. Dorgan <br /> A representative for Harwich Concrete Block appeared and explained he had not yet been before <br /> Design Review. He then requested a continuance until May 28, 1997, J.
