4 <br /> TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> Board of Appeals <br /> Minutes <br /> February 12, 1997 <br /> The Mashpee Board of Appeals held a meeting on Wednesday, February 12, 1997, at 7:30 <br /> P.M. at the Carol H. Jacobson Senior Center. Board Members present and acting <br /> throughout were: Edward M. Govoni, Chairman; James E. Regan III, Vice-Chairman; <br /> Cheryl A. Hawver, Clerk and Associate Members Richard T. Guerrera and Michael A. <br /> Makunas. Associate Members Robert Nelson and James Dorgan were absent. Building <br /> Inspector William F. Hauck was in attendance. <br /> Mr. Govoni opened the meeting at 7:30 P.M. and stated that two of the petitions on the <br /> agenda had submitted requests for withdrawal. <br /> Judi Pearlstein-Requests a Variance from Sections 174-31 and 174-33 of the Zoning By- <br /> laws for permission to vary the front and side setback requirements and the setback from <br /> the wetlands to allow the construction of a new single family dwelling in an R-3 zoning <br /> district on property located at 105 Waterline Drive South(Map 125, Block 247) <br /> Members sitting: E. Govoni, J. Regan, C. Hawver <br /> Mr. Govoni moved to grant the request to withdraw without prejudice. Mr. Regan <br /> seconded. All agreed. <br /> Gary M. Ls carno TR. - Requests a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws <br /> o <br /> p to vary the front and side setback requirements to allow the construction of <br /> a single family dwelling in an R-3 zoning district at 51 Waterline Drive South(Map 120, <br /> Block 145). <br /> Mr. Govoni moved to grant the request to withdraw without prejudice. Mr. Regan <br /> seconded. All agreed. <br /> Richard P. Brady TRS. - Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-17 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws to allow the expansion of a pre-existing non-conforming dwelling with a house <br /> addition and deck on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 256 Monomoscoy Road <br /> (Map 120, Block 56) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Members sitting: J. Regan, C. Hawver, M. Makunas <br /> Mr. Govoni stepped down from the Board for this hearing. Engineer David Sanicki <br /> represented the applicant and presented plans for the addition of a sunroom and deck <br /> which has been approved by Conservation. No comments were received from abutters. <br />
