Upon motion duly made and <br /> seconded at the Public Hearings on Wednesday, September 14,2016,the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals voted unanimously to issue a Written Finding with the following conditions; all <br /> comments read into the record that were submitted by the Board of Health, Conservation <br /> and Inspection Departments. <br /> Also conditioned upon a revised site plan with revision dates depicting the new blue <br /> stone patio language to be removed and replaced with whatever decking will be installed. <br /> The"new entry with"depicting the 3.5'x 6' covered entry removed. One revision date with <br /> two revisions stated.
