The applicant is seeking a Special Permit under §174-25 I (9) regarding the <br /> construction of a dock, pier, ramp and float extending more than 70 feet of coastal beach, <br /> coastal bank, salt marsh or bordering vegetated wetlands." <br /> There were no abutters present. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a <br /> Special Permit.
