Esposito <br /> 25 Sand Dollar Lane (Map 105 Parcel 89) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> FINDING-2016.10 <br /> Chairman Furbush read the comments from the Conservation Department into the <br /> record; "The Conservation Agent has reviewed the plans for this proposal. As there is no <br /> expansion of structure closer to the coastal bank/wetlands, this does not require a permit <br /> application. The agent has made recommendations for storm water runoff capture to the <br /> contractor." <br /> Mr. Chapman said he is capturing the water into a gutter and is released with a <br /> splash block. He discussed this with the Conservation Agent. <br /> GENERAL CRITERIA: <br /> The subjectproperty located at 25 Sand Dollar Lane is approximately 1.1,452 square <br /> feet. <br /> There were no abutters present. <br /> SPECIFIC CRITERIA: <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioners met the criteria for <br /> a Written Finding upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on March <br /> 9, 2016, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to grant Aldo R and Sandra P. <br /> Esposito a Written Finding under Article V §174-17 of the Zoning Bylaws with the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written <br /> Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2. Conservation Agent recommendations for storm water runoff capture. <br /> 3. Plot Plan — Existing House prepared for Sandi Esposito, 25 Sand Dollar Lane, <br /> Mashpee, MA by BSS Design Engineering & Surveying.
