10. Boch Family-I have contacted Bill Sullivan Boch family financial rep regarding <br /> children's wing naming opportunity, they are re-directing their funds from Boch center <br /> to other charitable giving and I think we have a huge opportunity. The information was <br /> sent by mail to Sullivan at his Cape home.Mr. Sullivan received the information <br /> however there are negotiations regarding the Boch Center and funding.He is scheduled <br /> to meet me or talk by phone after 1/21 <br /> 11. Bill Zammer contacted to chair and declined however will host fundraising event at <br /> Coonamessett for FOML and will furnish names of possible donors/Followed up 1/12 <br /> with Linda Zammer to find date for fundraiser at Coonamessett. I am to call next week. <br /> 12. Jim Vacarro contacted re:possible 250m donor,according to Jim donor is ill and no <br /> longer interested/he had no other ideas for funding at this time <br /> 13. Meeting with Janice Walford and presented fundraising packet resulted in editorial <br /> about giving to the Library/More soft editorials to follow <br /> 14. Bricks and Benches- Sandi Abrams to chair with Heather Lakatos campaign to begin in <br /> early spring/Information has been received from company that does engraving <br /> 15. The Mashpee Women's Club has asked to have a packet regarding the Library <br /> presented at the next board meeting. They are interested in naming opportunities <br /> although they have said that$10,000 would be the giving amount—I am going to <br /> approach them on adopting the library for a 3 year period in particular the young <br /> peoples study area.I spoke briefly at their meeting today.. <br /> 16. Ted has received$1000 from New Seabury and the check was picked up on January 10. <br /> 17. Mollie Reis hosted a Sunday, January 8 informational tea from 3-5 PM for ladies at her <br /> home. She invited her close friends in and around New Seabury.Mollie is provided all <br /> refreshments as an in-kind donation.Annie Mac-Donald Daley helped with the tea. I <br /> have the list of ladies that attended and a list who want to be a part of the spring <br /> fundraiser as a committee person. There were 20 ladies in attendance. <br /> 18. UPS Store has printed brochure gratis. They will produce the brochures on demand <br /> 1,000 at a time. However they are not cutting or folding the brochures <br /> 19. Ann MacDonald Daley has purchased the first outside bench for the library grounds. <br /> Cost$1500. <br />
