PUBLIC COMMENT None REVIEW OF MINUTES John Cahalane made a motion that the minutes from the March 15, 2012 Human Services Committee meeting be approved as presented. Janice Walford seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. OLD BUSINESS • Status of Local Comprehensive Plan Gail Wilson reported that Planning Board Chairman Tom Fudala has placed on hold the completion of the Human Services Comprehensive Plan until after completion of the recently Town-approved professional assessment of the community's actual human services needs and how the town can best address them. Mary Scanlan made a motion to approve placement of completion of the Human Services Comprehensive Plan on hold until after the professional assessment process is completed. James Long seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. NEW BUSINESS Relocation of the Human Services Department Office Gail Wilson reported that the Human Services Department office is relocating at the end of June, 2012, to the recently vacated Chamber of Commerce office location on Route 130 in Mashpee. Gail Wilson stated that she had visited the office with DPW Director Catherine Laurent and David DelVecchio, Information Technology Director, and met with Mary Lou about the office space. A 1
