Board of Appeals Edward R. Wasil - SP-92-9 3. <br /> 10 . The Applicant shall construct a stockade fence shielding <br /> the dumpster or other trash disposal receptacle and the <br /> farm tractor or any other equipment used in connection <br /> with the maintenance and conduct of the business, so that <br /> the same may not be seen from any road or from any <br /> abutting property. <br /> 11 . The Applicant shall maintain the site to remove paper, <br /> garbage and other debris from the grounds on a daily <br /> basis and shall trim all excessive vegetation, meaning <br /> grass shall be mowed and landscaping maintained in a neat <br /> and orderly manner, and parking areas and routes of <br /> vehicle travel shall be maintained in a neat and hard <br /> packed appearance. The site shall be graded so as to <br /> maintain a level area pitched to drain away from abutting <br /> roads and property and to minimize the pooling of water. <br /> The grade of the site shall be maintained as presently <br /> exists and all drainage originating from the site shall be <br /> self-contained on the site. <br /> 12 . The grant of the Special Permit is not transferable by the <br /> Applicant except to members of his immediate family, <br /> meaning spouse and children, and will expire August 3, <br /> 1992 . The applicant may file an applicatiom for <br /> modification of the expiration date to extend the same if <br /> satisfactory proof of improved traffic conditions is <br /> established, particularly with regard to Donna' s Lane . <br /> The applicant may apply annually thereafter for renewal of <br /> this Special Permit and receive a new grant thereof <br /> following public hearing and review of the operation and <br /> its impact upon the neighborhood and the general welfare <br /> of the inhabitants of the Town and subject to the <br /> addition, deletion or modification of the limitations <br /> imposed herein. <br /> 13 . The grant of this Special Permit is expressly conditioned <br /> upon compliance with the limitations and conditions <br /> imposed herein and, in the event of any alleged violation <br /> thereof and subsequent findings by the Board of Appeals, <br /> after notice and hearing, that a substantial violation has <br /> willfully occurred, this Special Permit may be rescinded <br /> by unanimous vote of the Board of Appeals . <br />
