Board of Appeals Edward R. Wasil - SP-92-9 4 . <br /> 14 . No food products of any type shall be allowed to be sold <br /> within the boundaries of the Flea Market. All food sales <br /> shall be confined to the restaurant and snack stand <br /> currently known as Fabio ' s . <br /> 15 . All cosmetics and non-prescription medical supplies must <br /> be in the original sealed package or container. No <br /> outdated products or open samples are allowed. <br /> Unannounced spot inspections will be made by the Board of <br /> Health agents at any time. <br /> 4 <br /> 16. Adequate sanitary* facilities shall be made available to <br /> the general public attending the Flea Market. <br /> A minimum of five ( 5 ) port-o-johns, exclusive of the <br /> permanent rest room facilities in the restaurant currently <br /> known as Fabio ' s, shall be maintained on the site in <br /> accordance with Health Department regulations . <br /> 17 . Prior to the opening of the flea market for 1992 an <br /> inspection of the site shall be conducted by Douglas S. <br /> Boyd, Zoning Enforcement Officer, to insure that all <br /> matters pertaining to this Special Permit are .fulfilled . <br /> 18. Access to the flea market from Donna' s Lane be closed <br /> subject to any future improvement of Donna ' s Lane. <br /> 19 . Access to the flea market from Great Neck Road be closed <br /> and barriers be placed at the intersection of Donna' s Lane <br /> and Great Neck road . <br /> 20 . Signage for No Parking be maintained by the petitioners on <br /> Route 28 as well as Great Neck Road . <br />
