f <br /> Board of Appeals Minutes - September 23, 1992 4 . <br /> Mr. Friel said they could review item by item but he thought <br /> it was premature without a site plan and the resolution of the <br /> parking situation. Mr. Makunas reviewed the present conditions <br /> and said they had not been adhered to. He said the Board needed <br /> control and Mr. Kirrane said there was a mechanism to control <br /> without the annual renewal and that the Board would have the <br /> rights for enforcement and revocation. Mr. Govoni said that <br /> the Town has not given any citations for parking and noise <br /> violations. <br /> Mr. Kirrane said they would like to meet in the future and asked <br /> to confer with his client. <br /> Mr. Sirkis asked why the permit had not been revoked earlier <br /> if there were so many violations and Mr. Makunas explained that <br /> Mr. Talanian had sued the Board. <br /> Mr. Kirrane returned to the room and said they would extend <br /> the calendar to November 30 and continue the hearing at the <br /> November 18 meeting. Mr. Friel moved to accept the extension <br /> to November 30. Mr. Govoni seconded. All agreed. <br /> Mr. Makunas moved to accept the minutes of September 12, Mr. <br /> Govoni seconded. All agreed.
