JTown or (-asnpee <br /> Burd of Appeals <br /> Minutes <br /> June 10, 1992 <br /> The Mashpee Board of Appeals held a meeting on Wednesday, <br /> June 10, 1992 at 7:36 p.m. at the Mashpee Town Hall. Board Members <br /> present and acting throughout were: John J. Friel, Chairman; Michael A. <br /> Makunas, dice-Chairman, Edward M. Govoni, Clerk. Associate Members <br /> Arnold D, Mindick and Jamie Regan and Building Inspector Douglas S. Boyd <br /> were also in attendance. <br /> Robert D. & Caroiyn J. Keller Request a Special Permit under <br /> Section 174-25.1.0 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to construct a <br /> pier, ramp and float on Mashpee Pond on property located in an R-5 zoning <br /> district at 31 Birch Way (Map 27, Block 86) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Members sitting: J. Friel, M. Makunas, E. Govoni <br /> Christopher Costa represented the applicants and presented plans <br /> for the proposed pier, ramp and float. The pier extends 53 ft. into the <br /> waters of Mashpee/Wakeby Pond. ' The proposed would be of light design as <br /> there are just small boats in the area. Attached to an existing stairway, <br /> construction would include 4 x 6 posts. jetted in with a float. 16'x8` <br /> positioned in .a T fashion at the end. <br /> The applicants filed with the National Endangered Species Wildlife <br /> Organization and it was determined this would be of no threat to habitat. <br /> Mr. Makunas moved that the request be granted based on the <br /> drawings that were submitted by Mr. Costa. Mr, Govoni seconded. All <br /> agreed. <br /> Pristin rin s Inc. - Requests a Special Permit under Section <br /> 174-251,1 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to install vending <br /> machines for the sale of spring water in the building occupied by Hall Oil <br /> Co. on property located in a C-1 zoning district at 538 Falmouth Road (Map <br /> 74, Block 16) Mashpee, MA.
