Customers bring their own container for the water. <br /> Mr. Friel asked if Mr. Noonan had a site- plan. Mr. Noonan responded <br /> that he did not. It was- stated. that this <br /> will not. be a beauty salon, that it would strictly be a nail salon. <br /> Mr. Makunas stated that a home business cannot have a sign and <br /> that the Board cannot give permission to make this look like a business in <br /> a residentially zoned area. <br /> Mr. Reflan asked if there had been any comments from neighbors. <br /> i here were not any. <br />
