Board of Appeals Wednesday, May 13, 1992 2 . <br /> Mr. Govoni and Mr. Friel discussed that new structure would be <br /> reducing the non-conformity since it will be further from the lot <br /> line . There was discussion if any of the original structure should be <br /> retained and the Board agreed that the new structure could replace <br /> the existing shed . <br /> Ms . Hawver moved to grant the Special Permit referenced by plans <br /> of ARO Engineering revised 3/9/92 . Mr. Makunas amended the motion to <br /> spell out the fact that the building will be allowed to be positioned <br /> as shown and the old structure removed . Ms . Hawver seconded . Hawver <br /> Mr. O'Donnell explained that he planned to open a convenience <br /> store and operate a wholesale business . Mr. Friel reviewed the Board <br /> of Health requirement that there be no food processing on site . He <br /> questioned the condition of the surface of Echo Road at his location . <br /> Arthur DePaul , owner of the property, responded that they are under <br /> contract to repair the section of road within next two weeks . He <br /> said a 60 ' section of the road will be repaired as discussed with the <br /> Selectmen. Mr. DePaul said that AGM Marine and Century Vault would <br /> contribute . <br /> Mr. Makunas moved to grant the Special Permit . Ms . Hawver <br /> seconded .
