Board of Appeals Wednesday, May 13, 1992 5 . <br /> Picnic Box - Mr. Friel read a memo from the Board of Health on <br /> the Picnic Box requesting Board of Appeals approval for the . use of = <br /> picnic tables and sale of produce . Mr. Boyd questioned if a Special <br /> Permit was necessary and he thought that only a Plan Review was <br /> needed since it was under 1 , 000 sf . Mr. Friel said this was <br /> substantial expansion and he thought they should require a new <br /> permit . Mr. Mindick said that traffic congestion could be a problem. <br /> Mr. Costa said the Board of Health could not allow any expansion <br /> beyond that of the original Special Permit . <br /> Mr . Makunas moved to send a memo to the Board of Health <br /> explaining that the expansion would require handicapped accessible <br /> restrooms and a full hearing by the Board . Ms .Hawver seconded . All <br /> agreed . <br /> Board Meetings_ - Mr. Friel reviewed the meeting schedule and <br /> said that meetings will be May 27, June 10, June 24, July 15, July <br /> 29, August 12 and August 26 . He said he would review the schedule at <br /> the end of June . <br /> Instructions for Agplicati.ons - There was discussion if <br /> engineer's plans would be required on some applications and subject <br /> of deed restrictions on home occupations . Mr. Friel asked the <br /> members to review the Instructions . <br /> Minutes - Mr. Makunas moved to accept the minutes of March 25, <br /> April 8 and April 22 . Ms . Hawver seconded. All agreed . <br /> Little River Boatyard - Mr. Boyd submitted photos of the <br /> enclosure of Little River Boatyard. <br /> There was discussion that a memo be sent to the Selectmen <br /> giving the history of the Board wherein Associate Members have been <br /> moved to regular members . <br /> Mr. Makunas moved to adjourn at 9 : 30 P.M.
