McCarthy - Request a Variance from <br /> Section 174-31 of the Zoning By- laws for permission to vary <br /> the set-back requirements in an R-3 zoning district on <br /> property located at 7 Fopponesset Island Road ( Map 105, Block <br /> 261 ) Mashpee, 14A . <br /> Members sitting : W . Hanrahan, M . Makunas, C . Hawver <br /> The Board reviewed the revised plans which showed a reduction <br /> in the size of the pool and an increase in the setback from <br /> Fopponesset Island Road . Members discussed correspondence <br /> from Attorney Carter who represented an abutter concerned <br /> with noise on the property . Mr . Makunas movers to grant the <br /> Variance based on the revised plans . Ms . Hawver seconded . <br /> All agreed . <br /> Minutes - Mr . Friel moved to accept Minutes of December 11 , <br /> 1991 and January 8, 1992 with revisions . Ms . Hawver <br /> seconded . All agreed . <br /> William Zammer - Informed the Board he would be corning before <br /> the Board for a Special Permit for the use of the Pic;kwick ' s <br /> site . He asked the Board what iSSUe-s they felt should be <br /> addressed before the meeting . <br /> Mr . Boyd said the entrance and access to the site, Donna ' s <br /> Lane and the condition of the parking lot would be issUes . <br /> Ms . Hawver suggested he review all of the file material on <br /> McDonald ' s . <br /> Ms . Hawver moved to adjourn at 9 : 20 P . M . Mr. Makunas <br /> seconded . All agreed . <br /> Elinor Walsh <br />
