Friel moved to accept Minutes of December 11 , <br /> 1991 and January 8, 1992 with revisions . Ms . Hawver <br /> seconded . All agreed . <br /> William Zammer - Informed the Board he would be corning before <br /> the Board for a Special Permit for the use of the Pic;kwick ' s <br /> site . He asked the Board what iSSUe-s they felt should be <br /> addressed before the meeting . <br /> Mr . Boyd said the entrance and access to the site, Donna ' s <br /> Lane and the condition of the parking lot would be issUes . <br /> Ms .
