M . at the Kashpoe Town Hall . Board <br /> members present and acting throughout were William J . <br /> Hanrahan, Michael A . Makunao , Edward N . Govoni and John J . <br /> Friel , Building Inspector Douglas S . Boyd was in attendanco . <br /> it '. Has Appealed the Decision of the <br /> Town of Mashpoo Building Inspector on the issuance of a <br /> building permit in an R-5 toning district on property located <br /> at 181 James Circle ( Map 71 , Block 157 ) Mashpee, MA . ( Owner <br /> of record : Joseph M . DeMartino ) . <br /> Mr . Hanrahan stated that Messrs . M61tunas and Govoni were <br /> residents of James Circle and would not participate . He <br /> explained that there was an administrative matter in a <br /> request for withdrawal from Attorney Robert Mills . Mr . Friel <br /> moved to grant the request to withdraw without prejudice . Mr . <br /> Hanrahan seconded . <br /> Do nn i e-A Request a Special Permit ander. <br /> Section 174 . 2b . H . 6 of the Zoning By- laws for permission to <br /> construct a storage building in an N- 3 zoning district an <br /> property located at 266 Monomoscoy Road ( Map 120, Block 57B ) <br /> Mushpee, MA . <br /> Members sitting : W. Hanrahan, M . Makunas, J . Friel. <br /> Engineer Charles Spohr represented the Petition . He pvesenUed <br /> plans for a 28 ' x 44 ' building for the storage of boats, <br /> trailer and two vehicles . Mr . Hanrahan stated that he had <br /> concern for the location in a residential diotrict , <br /> Mr . Makunas stated it was 8imilau to a 4-car garage and looked <br /> like a commercial building . He said this was not allowed 01 <br /> an 1i-3 toning district . Mr . Hanrahan read the zoning by- low <br /> dnd questioned why the applic6nt did not go to Design Review . <br /> Mr . Friel stated that the storage of commercial vehicles in o <br /> 1200 sf building is not a residential use and questioned how <br /> storage could be monitoTOV <br /> Mr . MakUDaS moved to deny with prejudice based on the lack of <br /> information . Mr . Friel seconded . All agreed . <br />
