Hauck was in <br /> attendance , Mr , Makunas called the meeting to order at 9 . 05 <br /> PIM, <br /> Aqua .let well Drillers and Excavators, Inc , and S , Joseph <br /> 1Maggio - Mr , Govoni explained ned that these Petitions would <br /> be continued to April 13 , 1994 due to lack of a quorum, <br /> Henry D. & Lisa, M,. Demers - Request a 1Va ance f rom Section <br /> 174-31 of the ZoningBy-laws for permission to vary the <br /> front setback requirements to allow a 30 ' front setback in <br /> a _3 zoning district on property located at 24 Fide Run <br /> (Map 126, Block Mashp e, ISA. ( Postponed from 2/23/94 ) , <br /> o <br /> Members sitting. M. Makunas, E. Govoni, c. Hawve <br /> Q i <br /> EngineerMichael `sroet a represented the applicant and <br /> explained that the topography of the lot included wetlands <br /> and that they attempted to place proposed Dome as far as <br /> possible from the wetlands . He stated that original zoning <br /> in the subdivision allowed 251 front setbacks and 151 side • <br /> Mac , Govoni moved to grant the variance of 10t in the front <br /> setback, Ms . Hawver seconded. All agreed. <br /> Donald R, Macleod - Requests a variance from Section 174-3 <br /> of the Zoning By-laws to allow construction of a single <br /> family dwelling on ars unpaved road in an R-3 zoning district <br /> on property located at 87 Punkhorn Point Road (Map 100, <br /> Block 7 ) Mashpee, MA, ( Postponed from 2/23194 ) <br /> Members sitting; M. Makunas, E. Govon.i. C, Hawver <br /> Theresa Macleod explained that she had subdivided a 2 , 7 acre <br /> lot into two lots and wanted permission to build on the new <br /> lot of 44 , 834 sf which was located on ars ancient way which <br /> was unpaved. Mr. Makunas explained that the reason for the <br /> Zoning Hy-law 174-32 was not for fire protection but to <br /> insure that developers completed road construction in nese <br /> subdivisions . Ms . MacLeod explained that the surrounding <br /> lots had been built upon. No comments were received from <br /> abutters or Town departments . <br />
