Members sitting: M. Maku as, E, Govoni, C. Hawver Engineer David Sanicki represented the Applicant and presented plans for a canoe and dinghy dock. He explained i that the area is shallow and cannot accomodate larger boats . No comments were received om abutters . Mr . Govoni moved to grant the Special Permit to construct and maintain the dock. Ms . Hawver seconded. All agreed. The rear of the lot borders reserve land. Mr , Makunas. stated that a hardship existed due to the supe and topography of the lot. Mr., Govoni moved to grant the Variance of 2 1\2r on the rear setback . Ms , Hawver seconded. All agreed. Mr. Govoni moved to grant the Special Permit . Ms , Hawver seconded. All agreed.
