Mr. Makunas stated that there was <br /> adequate pared road to the vicinity to satisfy safety <br /> requirements . <br /> i Gertrude W. Simmons - Requests a Special Permit under <br /> Section 174-29 . 1 . 9 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to <br /> construct a pier, ramp and float in Ann' s Cove in ars R-3 <br /> zoning district on property located at 126 Summersea Road <br /> (Map 105 , Block 54 ) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Members sitting: M. Maku as, E, Govoni, C. Hawver <br /> Engineer David Sanicki represented the Applicant and <br /> presented plans for a canoe and dinghy dock. He explained i <br /> that the area is shallow and cannot accomodate larger boats . <br /> No comments were received om abutters . <br /> Mr . Govoni moved to grant the Special Permit to construct <br /> and maintain the dock. Ms . Hawver seconded. All agreed. <br /> Joseph F, and Joan V, Crowe - Request a variance f rom <br /> Section 174-31 of the Zoning -lams for permission to vary <br /> the rear setback requirements in an -3 zoning district on <br /> property located at 34 Driftwood ood Circle (Map 125, Block 193 ) <br /> ase, Ma. <br /> J s _ F .. and Joan V. Crowe - Requesta Special Permit under <br /> Section 174-17 of the Zoning By-laws for permission t <br /> expand a pyre--existing non-conforming dwelling with a bedroom <br /> addition in an R-3 zoning district on property located at 34 <br /> Driftwood Circle (Map 125, Sloe 193) I' ashpee, MA. <br /> Members sitting: M. Makunas, E, Govoni, C, Hawver <br /> Engineer David Snicki represented the applicants and <br /> explained that they wished to add a whirlpool at the rear of <br /> the house . The rear of the lot borders reserve land. Mr , <br /> Makunas. stated that a hardship existed due to the supe and <br /> topography of the lot. <br /> Mr., Govoni moved to grant the Variance of 2 1\2r on the rear <br /> setback .
