<br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion to issue a Variance to Mark Bogosian under §174-31 Note 13,
<br /> Land Space Requirements Table of the Zoning Bylaws, to vary the minimum lot frontage
<br /> to allow for construction of a 7,245 sq. ft. commercial use building, which will include
<br /> typical contractor bays and office space on property located in an 1-1 Zoning District,Map
<br /> 81 Parcel 28, Mashpee, MA.
<br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Variance
<br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 10.
<br /> 2. The proposed building and use will not adversely affect the interests and public
<br /> health as indicated under 174-24(c) (2). The building and uses are not unlike many
<br /> other uses already permitted in the industrial zone and will not be out of character
<br /> with the neighborhood which it will be situated. The uses are relatively passive and
<br /> do not generate an unusual amount of traffic or demand upon public services or
<br /> facilities.
