<br /> The Board asked specific questions relating to the proposed building, i.e., dumpster
<br /> location, landscaping, lighting.
<br /> The Board had no further comments or questions. There were no comments from the
<br /> audience.
<br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion to issue a Special Permit to Mark Bogosian under §174-24 (C),
<br /> §174-25 G (14), and §174-25 D (1) of the Zoning Bylaws, to construct a 7,245 sq. ft.
<br /> commercial use building, which will include typical contractor bays and office space.
<br /> Applicant proposes to construct parking spaces in the front of the proposed building as is
<br /> permitted upon the grant of Special Permit Relief in accordance with §174-37, in an I-1
<br /> Zoning District, Map 81 Parcel 28,Mashpee, MA.
<br /> 1. In issuing this Special Permit the Board has determined that the applicant meets all
<br /> conditions of a Special Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9.
<br /> 2. The proposed building and use will not adversely affect the interests and public
<br /> health as indicated under 174-24(c) (2). The building and uses are not unlike many
<br /> other uses already permitted in the industrial zone and will not be out of character
<br /> with the neighborhood which it will be situated. The uses are relatively passive and
<br /> do not generate an unusual amount of traffic or demand upon public services or
<br /> facilities.

<br /> 5. It is subject to satisfactory completion of peer review as outlined in a quote issued
<br /> by Charles L. Rowley, PE, PLS dated February 27, 2018 in the amount of$1,500,
<br /> and an additional $1,000 for site inspection. The applicant will make a payment of
<br /> the initial work, and an additional $1,000 payment for the site inspections.
<br /> 6. If there are any changes due to the peer review process, it can be the Zoning
<br /> Enforcement Officer's opinion that they would need to return to the Zoning Board
<br /> for further review.
