Friel . <br /> Cheryl A . Hawver, Clerlc <br /> was„'present for the Jones, Little <br /> River Boatyard and James Circle Decision review. Michael A . <br /> Makunas and Edward M. Govon� ,'twere present for all hearings <br /> except James Circle Realty Trust , Building Inspector Douglas <br /> S . Boyd was in attendance . <br /> Mr. Makunas called the meeting to order at 7 : 301 P. M. <br /> explained that the Board would consider and <br /> petitions under <br /> advisement first . <br /> Edward E. Jones ; <br /> Members sitting : (Advisemen't from 9/25/91 ) <br /> C. Hawver,' M. Makunas, E. Govoni <br /> Ms . Hawver moved to accept Mr. Jones ' <br /> rest fowithout prejudice . Mr. Govoni secondedeguAll agTe�athdrawal <br /> Little River Boat <br /> Members sitting : ard : (Advisement fro-m October 23, 1991 ) <br /> C- Hawver, M. Makunas, E. Govoni <br /> Mr. Makunas reviewed the mot.' <br /> that pending On of October 23 which stated <br /> the solution of�ytems. <br /> the Board would #7 and ,#8 within 14 days <br /> consider the 90 days extension . <br /> Makunas moved to <br /> defining accept. the letter from Joseph Reardon <br /> de "building'° Mr. Govoni seconded . All agreed . <br /> Mr. Makunas asked Doug Boyd to put in the record the status <br /> of the bond and landscaping . Mr. Boyd stated that the <br /> landscaping is complete to the satisfaction of Design Review .. , <br /> Ms - Hawver moved to extend <br /> for 90 days the Cape God <br /> Commission requirement <br /> seconded . for a containment berm. Mr. Govoni <br /> All agreed . Mr. Makunas moved to have the dates <br /> of the extension coincide with the 901-day period established <br /> the Cape God <br /> agreed . . Commission . Ms . Hawver seconded . All <br /> ag <br /> Mr. Makunas and Mr. Govoni stepped down from the Board and <br /> left the room . r <br />
