Makunas : Let ' s do it right . What is a reasonable
amount of time?
W. Burtis : I think you should take the plans I have and
just revise them.
M . Makunas : That ' s fine -- if you feel you ' re ready let ' s
go . I don ' t want to come to a meeting
Wednesday and not have anything to discuss .
D. Boyd : Next Wednesday night at b .
M . Makunas : What about the bond?
W. Burtis : I ' ll get the bond .
M . Makunas : When can that be posted . Give us a timetable
so that we can . . . .
W . Burtis : When I find a bondsman . When I get a bondsman
I can pull a bond for $ 10, 000 .
M . Makunas : How soon do you feel you ' ll know?
W. Burtis : Before the week ' s out .
M . Makunas : So that by the time you go to Design Review
you ' ll have both of those things straightened
out?
W. Burtis : Right .
W . Hanrahan : That brings us back to #2 .
M. Makunas : You have a period of 90 days on the berm.
W. Burtis : I knew I couldn ' t get any more .
M . Makunas : Is it supposed to be concrete?
W . Burtis : Concrete.
M. Makunas : Concrete -- so it can be done any time .
W. Hanrahan: I would, myself, like to take a look at it .
M . Makunas : Can I ask one more question? I ' m concerned
about the three sides on the building . That
seems to be an impossible situation . Is that
an issue with your letter Doug?
D. Boyd : No .
M . Makunas : It ' s really not an issue before us .
S. Perry : It involves the facade, doesn ' t it?
D. Boyd : If it is written in the zoning By--law I think
it has to be an issue .
M. Makunas : Let ' s make it an issue or not make it an
issue .
D. Boyd : It has to be an issue .
M . Makunas : Okay, if it has to be an issue in what part of
your letter do you want to reference it so
that we can. . . .
D. Boyd : I didn ' t reference it .
M. Makunas : Then it ' s not an issue . I don ' t want to be
technical about it . . . .
D. Boyd : If it ' s a flaw in the By- law then we have to
address it .
