Board of Appeals Minutes - September 11, 1991 4. <br /> There was discussion that releases may be necessary to change the <br /> right of way. The Board agreed that a new application would be <br /> necessary if the .legal status of the right of way was changed. <br /> October meetings - Nis. Hawver moved to cancel the October 9, 1991 <br /> meeting of the Board. Mr. Makunas seconded. All agreed. <br /> Annual Conference of PlanninE and Appeals Boards - Ms. Hawver <br /> will represent the Board at the Conference. <br /> John Gonella - Echo Road - There was discussion of the use of this <br /> commercial fenced lot for wholesale sales and storage of boats. <br /> Mr. Boyd stated that he understood that a structure was necessary <br /> and must have a water supply. Mr. Friel suggested that Mr. Gonella <br /> be invited to the September 25, 1991 Board meeting for discussion. <br /> Mr. Makunas stated owner should have use of his land. The Board <br /> agreed to a discussion period before filing an application. <br /> Mr. Boyd suggested that members of the Board visit the site. <br /> Mr. Hanrahan stated that landscaping might be necessary. <br /> Mr. Hanrahan moved to invite Mr. Gonella for discussion. Mr. Makunas <br /> seconded. All agreed. <br /> Minutes - August 28, 1991 - Mr. Makunas moved to accept the minutes <br /> of August 28, 1991. Ms. Hawver seconded. All agreed. <br /> Procedures for Board of Appeals applications - The Board members <br /> discussed adding to the procedures the fact that Board Decisions <br /> should be filed with the Registry of Deeds. Mr. Makunas and Mr. Friel <br /> discussed also filing the standard legal form on Certificate of <br /> Granting of Variance or Special Permit. Mr. Makunas moved to add <br /> to the procedures. Ms. Hawver seconded. All agreed. Mr. Hanrahan <br /> moved to add to the statement that "the responsibility for filing <br /> also rests with the applicant or owner." <br /> Mr. Hanrahan moved to adjourn at 8:45 P.M.
