All agreed. <br /> Mr. Hanrahan moved to reverse the vote on Elizabeth Cramer. Mr. <br /> Makunas seconded. All agreed. <br /> Mr. Hanrahan moved to allow public input. Mr. Makunas seconded. <br /> All agreed. <br /> Attorney Jeremy Carter represented Mrs. Cramer. He explained that <br /> the petitioner wishes to construct a two-car garage in the front <br /> area with a 28' setback. The garage would not be blocking any <br /> views of abutters and would result in 19.9% lot coverage. He <br /> explained that the topography of the lot created a hardship since <br /> the lot borders water and there was no other placement for the <br /> garage. Mr. Boyd explained that all houses in the area are <br /> required to have garages under the rules of the New Seabury <br /> Architectural Review Committee. No comments were received from <br /> abuttes. <br /> Mr. Makunas moved to grant the Variance. Ms. Hawver seconded. <br /> All agreed. <br /> Senior Center Building Committee - Mr. Hanrahan read a letter from <br /> Charles Buckingham, Chairman of the Senior Center Building Committee, <br /> requesting a waiver of the application fee for a Variance application <br /> the Committee will be filing on parking regulations. <br /> Mr. Friel recommended that the Board show generosity. Mr. Makunas <br /> asked if seniors were charged to use the building and Mr. Buckingham <br /> replied they were not. <br /> Mr. Hanrahan moved to waive the application fee. Ms. Hawver seconded. <br /> All agreed. <br /> William J. and Mary L. Marsters - Request a Variance from Section <br /> 174--31 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to vary the side line <br /> setbacks in an R-S zoning district on property located at 100 Lakewood <br /> Drive (Map 28, Block 51) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Members sitting; W. Hanrahan, M. Makunas, J. Friel <br /> Mr. Makunas reviewed the building permit and plan submitted to the <br /> Building Department. Members discussed regulations on building <br /> on rights of way and asked if the owner had submitted the information <br /> requested by the Board. No information had been received. <br /> Mr. Makunas moved to deny based on the lack of information on the <br /> status of the right of way on which the sunroom was built. Mr. <br /> Friel seconded. All agreed. <br />
