Board of Appeals Minutes - August 28, 1991 4. <br /> Mr. Makunas asked for a five-minute recess to allow the secretary <br /> to prepare documents for the Mellco decision since bank financing <br /> was dependent on early filing of the decision. All agreed. <br /> Minutes - Mr. Friel moved to accept the Minutes of June 26 <br /> and July 24, 1991. Mr. Hanrahan seconded. Ail agreed. <br /> Dau las Storrs - Mr. Hanrahan stated that the discussion on <br /> Pickwick's was cancelled by Mr. Storrs. <br /> Southport - Mr. Ron Bonvie presented letters to the Board <br /> from the German bank he is working with. He explained that there <br /> was now a new custodial bank and the promissory notes had been <br /> transferred to this bank. Mr. Bonvie explained that this financing <br /> covers the entire project. He said he had asked RTC for a payoff <br /> and they will not do this without a new appraisal which is in progress. <br /> Elias McQuaid, asked that the amenities center and treatment <br /> plant be secured after damage from the hurricane. <br /> Mr. Hanrahan moved to extend the completion of the amenities <br /> center, etc. until September 27, 1991. Mr. Makunas seconded. Mr. <br /> Friel made the decision unanimous. <br /> Zoning By-law articles for Town Meeting - Board reviewed the <br /> proposed articles. There was discussion of restrictions on lot <br /> coverage in Groundwater Protection Districts. <br /> Computer use - Mr. Hanrahan moved to send a memo to the <br /> Executive Secretary requesting Improved computer access for the <br /> Board of Appeals and programming to permit recording of all of the <br /> Decisions of the Board. Mr. Makunas seconded. All agreed. <br /> Mr. Hanrahan moved to adjourn at 9:20 P.M. Mr. Friel seconded. <br /> All agreed. <br /> Elinor Walsh <br />
