Board of Appeals Minutes - August 28, 1991 3. <br /> William J. Marsters (cont.) <br /> Mr. Makunas asked Mr. Sanicki to review the Marsters plan <br /> which he had prepared. Mr. Sanicki stated that he had prepared <br /> the plan From the subdivision plan and the land in question was <br /> shown as a Right of Way. Mr. Sanicki signed the plan. <br /> Mellco and D. A. Scaunel Well Drilling Inc. - Request a <br /> Special Permit under Sections 174-25.G.4, 174-25.G.9 and 174-25.H.6 <br /> of the Zoning By-laws for permission to store boats and well-drilling <br /> equipment and operate a repair business in an I-1 zoning district <br /> on property located at 31 Bowdoin Road (Map 54, Block 9) Mashpee, <br /> MA. (Owner of record: Wayne R. Tavares TR) . <br /> Members sitting: W. Hanrahan, M. Makunas, E. Govoni <br /> Wayne Tavares represented the applicants. He presented plans <br /> for a building to be constructed on site. He explained that the <br /> business involved will be relocating from another site on the street <br /> and the lot will continue to be used for boat storage as previously <br /> permitted to Bosun's Marine. <br /> Mr. Friel questioned if there would be underground fuel, storage <br /> and Mr. Tavares said none was planned. <br /> Elias McQuaid, Health Agent, said that the applicants had <br /> agreed to attend Thursday's .Board of Health meeting and requested <br /> that the Board of Appeals condition the permit with the statement <br /> that the applicants comply with Board of Health requirements. <br /> Mr. Govoni moved to grant the Special Permit for use of the <br /> property with the condition that applicants comply with Board of <br /> Health requirements. Mr. Makunas seconded. All agreed. <br /> Mr. Hanrahan called a 10--minute recess at 8:20 P.M. The <br /> Board readjourned at 8:30 P.M. <br /> Mashpee Industrial Park Realty Trust - Richard P. Crowley TR- <br /> Requests a Variance from Sections 175-55.0 and 174-55.1 for permission <br /> to have two signs on the road layout at the intersection of Falmouth <br /> Road and Industrial Drive in an I-1 zoning district on property <br /> located at 5 Industrial Drive (Map 88, Block 21) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Members sitting: W. Hanrahan, M. Makunas, E. Govoni <br /> Wayne Tavares reviewed sign plans which had been approved <br /> by Design Review. He explained that there will, a sign on each side <br /> of the entrance only and one sign identifying Industrial Drive at <br /> the center. <br /> Mr. Makunas moved to grant the Variance allowing two signs. <br /> Mr. Govoni seconded. All agreed. <br />
