Board of Appeals Minutes - June 26, 1991 2. <br /> r <br /> Bonwood -- Southport <br /> Members sitting: C. Hawve7r, M. Makunas, W. Hanrahan <br /> Attorney Michael Dunning requested a further extension of <br /> the date for the completion of the Amenity Center. He stated <br /> that arrangements have been made with the Commerce Bank of Germany <br /> to buy out the debt at Resolution Trust. The RTC is willing to <br /> have the transfer. Ron Bonvie, Developer, said that the Commerce <br /> Bank has approved the package and will be using South State Bank <br /> in Brockton for inspections and advances. Commerce Bank will be <br /> a custodial bank for individual investors. <br /> Mr. Makunas moved to grant an extension to August 28, 1991. <br /> Mr. Hanrahan seconded. All agreed. <br /> Anthony Ferragamo - The Board reviewed a written request <br /> from Mr. Ferragamo for a one-year extension of the existing <br /> Special Permit. Mr. Ferragamo explained that the building will <br /> have to be redesigned to meet the requirements of the banks. <br /> Mr. Hanrahan moved to grant the extension for one year. <br /> Mr. Makunas seconded and Ms. Hawver made the vote unanimous. <br /> Minutes - June 12, 1991 <br /> Mr. Makunas moved to accept the minutes of .Tune 12, 1991. <br /> Mr. Hanrahan seconded.
