Board of Appeals Minutes - June 12, 1991 2, <br /> PECO Inc. - (continued) <br /> Fire Chief Ridgeway, a resident of the area, spoke in favor of <br /> the Variances. <br /> Mr. Makunas questioned the road plans and Mr. Costa said that <br /> the roads had been taken in fee and the Town owns the whole parcel. <br /> Mr. Hanrahan moved to grant the Variances and determined that <br /> the shape of the lot and the topography of the land contributed to <br /> the hardship as referenced by plans submitted. Mr. Makunas seconded. <br /> All agreed. <br /> S.G.F.S. - Mr. Hanrahan noted for the record that he was stepping down <br /> and leaving the room for this discussion. <br /> Members sitting: C. Hawver, M. Makunas, T. Christian <br /> John Slavinsky, a Trustee of S.G.F.S. , informed the Board. that <br /> William F. Hawck, former Assistant Building Inspector, had requested <br /> the owners to appear before the Board of Appeals for clarification <br /> of their Special Permit. He stated that he has a valid building <br /> permit. Mr. Makunas stated that the Variance for the lot coverage <br /> has expired and would require a new public hearing but that the <br /> Special Permit is still in effect. <br /> Mr. Makunas moved that adequate site work has been accomplished <br /> within the prescribed time frame of the Special Permit and hereby <br /> determined that the Special. Permit is still in effect. However, <br /> it was determined by the Board that the Variance granted has expired <br /> and must be reapplied for. Mx. Makunas further moved to record the <br /> vote and file it with the Town Clerk. Mr. Christian seconded. All agreed. <br /> Minutes -- Mr. Makunas moved to accept the minutes of May iS and May 22, 1991. <br /> Mr. Christian seconded. All agreed. <br /> Reappointment of Members - Both Mr. Makunas and Mr. Christian stated they <br /> would be willing to serve on the Board of Appeals if reappointed. <br /> Meetings - The Board agreed to meet once a month in July and August. <br /> The next meetings will be June 26, July 24 and August 28, 1991. <br /> Mr. Hanrahan noted that extra meetings could be called if additional <br /> applications were received. <br /> Mr. Christian moved to adjourn at 8:30 P.M.
