Board of Appeals Minutes - February 13, 1991 2. <br /> Ms. Hawver informed the audience that the Board of Appeals will notify <br /> abutters by mail and run a legal advertisement before any public hearings <br /> are continued. <br /> Harbor Management Plan - Ms. Hawver and Mr. Govoni took copies of <br /> the plan to review. <br /> Leno Mendes, Jr. - There was discussion of a Special Permit issued <br /> in 1983 for a Glass Shop on Route 130 which was considered a pre-existing <br /> non-conforming use. Mr. Boyd explained that the non-conformity of the <br /> site does not allow the right to a Class II License for used cars. Mr. <br /> Boyd said it would require a Town Meeting vote to change the zoning. <br /> S.C.C.A. - Mr. Henchy explained that he represented Richard A. <br /> Coffman, a direct abutter to the lot planned for the Association dock, <br /> and asked if two sentences referring to Mr. Coffman's lot could be <br /> deleted. Mr. Hanrahan agreed that the reference to Mr. Coffman's lot <br /> had no legal binding. Mr. Makunas moved to amend the decision. <br /> Mr. Govoni seconded. All agreed. <br /> Mr. Hanrahan moved to adjourn at 8:45 P.M. Mr. Makunas seconded. <br /> All agreed. <br /> Elinor Walsh <br /> C' <br />
