Also, a breakdown of "1.998-1999 <br /> Out-of-District Placements and Additional Services' was <br /> included which showed that $644,560-32 is currently being <br /> spent on these.services for special education students. <br /> 7.4 Facilities. Report - Mr. MacDonald reported on the <br /> February facilities report a , submitted by Dori Cook, School <br /> Facilities Supervisor. Although and rstaff, there is a noticeable <br /> improvement in the high school cleanliness. <br /> 0 Mr. Cook will be intery ewincr custodial candidates to fill <br /> five temporary positions until June 30, 1999. P r anent <br /> positions will be determined subject to funding. <br /> Snow Removal: <br /> 9 The snowstorm on March 3 caused a two-day closing of <br /> school. With the combined efforts of school maintenance' <br /> orbs and the Mashpee DPW, all three schools. were <br /> cleared for March 8 reopening. on March 4-5, the <br /> Quashnet Schools was used as ars emergency shelter for <br /> several families and elderly people. 'there was a custodian <br /> ,on duty continuously during that time. <br /> Ground Services: <br /> The grounds maintenance bid opening occurred on March <br /> 87 1999 for services during F 2 -2002. The low bidder <br /> was Morcott Landscaping Services. - All bids and bidders <br /> will be evaluated before the contract is awarded. <br />
