The project engineer has <br /> been notified to correct the problems as soon as possible. <br /> Ljpcomincl Issues <br /> Training the new temporary custodians for the high school <br /> and dividingthe building into equal areas. - <br /> Preparing the fields for spring sports and setting up the <br /> equipment. Placing the new, portable bleachers on the <br /> playing fields. <br /> Reassigning the two maintenance employees currently <br /> cleaning at the high school back to duty as - soon as <br /> possible to catch up on the growing backlog of <br /> maintenance work. <br /> 7. FY99 Budget Review - Mr. MacDonald reported that <br /> that the school department is "operating-at the proper level <br /> and should be OK for this year barring unforeseen expenses;" <br /> 7.6 Februar suspensions There were a. total of 21 <br /> offenses at the high school level. There were no Saturday <br /> School sessions held during February but 15 students were <br /> assigned to the January 30th session. <br /> 7.7 Out-of-State Travel - Nashua TIS Aril 12 1999 -� <br /> Motion made by Mrs. Lynch, seconded by Mrs. Mills, to <br /> approve the out-of-state travel as submitted by Christine <br /> Crawley Howell and Elizabeth Wilbur from the Quashnet river <br /> School. <br /> VOTEUnanimous <br /> Motion made by Mrs. Lynch, seconded by Mrs. Mills, to <br /> approve the school -Committee's out-of-state travel to <br /> wolfebor , NH for a Superintendent candidate site visit. <br /> VOTE: Jnanimous <br />
