Questions were asked as to why zhe ,June figures dere not on the "School Lunch Reconciliation Form" as ye r. I Ir. Fluery will meet with the Food Service Director Linda warren to discuss. 4 7.3 Enrollments - The 1998-1999 year-end enrollment figures were given. They were as follows: Coombs School - 526; Quashnet Valley - 2; Qua.shnet River -- 401; Ma hpee High School �- 670; Falmouth High School-- 75; Cape Cod Tech - ; out-of-district- - 20. Discussion followed regarding kindergarten enrollments. 7.4 Facilities Report - Mr. Cook"s monthly report for July consisted of the following: High School: • Earth 'Tech company of Middleborough, NIA was selected for operations and maintenance of the ante -ester treatment facility. The contract is for three years. • The summer cleaning is on schedule. The painting of student bathrooms is scheduled with the maintenance department. Quashnet Schools: • The raain dishwasher for the cafeteria needs major repairs. Due to the fact that the dishwasher is 20 years old, the Hobart Company recommends replacing it due to the unavailability of needed parts. An estimated replacement cost was $40,000. Mrs. Lynch asked for more information be given regarding the Qushrnet Schools' cafeteria dishwasher before further steps are taken. • The summer cleaning is on schedule. • Student bathrooms have been painted by the maintenance department. Coombs School.- The choo sThe Norris 'Tripp Company has informed Mr. Cook that the control problems with the rooftop heating units have been identified by the Trane Company- and wiH be resolved before the end of the summer. • The summer cleaning is on schedule. • Painting of the interior hollow metal in the corridors is scheduled for the maintenance department.
