MASHPEE SCHOOL COMMIT - REGULAR MEETING NOVEMBER , 1999 PAGE <br /> 10.2.4 Safe Tranwortation Task Force - Mrs. Lynch attended <br /> a recent meeting where not many issues needed to be <br /> discussed. Transportation from the high school to the <br /> Boys and Girls Club will be worked out. The lack of <br /> bus drivers continues to be a problem. <br /> 10.2.5 Personnel Committee - Mr. Paxton said there has been <br /> no meeting. <br /> 10.2.6 Boosters Club - Mrs. Cook said the Boosters Clubs <br /> has been "`very busy." The Touchdown Club was <br /> successful, the previously postponed Fall Dance was <br /> Meld recently, the Post-Prom Party Committee <br /> continues to work on the silent Auction to be held. on <br /> Sunday, November 21, from 2:00-4:00 p.m at the <br /> high school. The Boys and Girls Club will sponsor an <br /> after-prom breakfast. <br /> 10.2.7 Educational Foundation - Mrs, Lynch is unable to <br /> attend the November 9th meeting. IIs. Macdonald will <br /> take her place. <br /> 10.2.8 Meru Ad i ory Council - Ms. Macdonald there was <br /> meeting held recently where the second choices were <br /> discussed. <br /> XI. Other Mrs. Mills expressed concern over student attendance. She <br /> said there is a need to check on chronic absences. <br /> XII. Executive session Motion made by Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Paxton, to move <br /> into executive session at 8:52 p.m. to discuss negotiation. <br /> RoU Call Note: In favor- Mrs. Lynch, Mrs. Mills, Ms. <br /> Macdonald, Mrs. Cook, and Mr. Paxton; opposed^- none. <br /> X1II.
