Committee Reports 10.1 Sub-Committee e Reports <br /> x.0.1.1 Negotiations - Mr. Paxton said this be discussed in executive <br /> session. <br /> 10.1.2 High School - Ms. Macdonald said there has been no high school <br /> meeting, however, the graduation committee and the reorganization <br /> committee meetings went well. <br /> 10.1.3 ElementM School- Mrs. Cook said there has leen no meeting but <br /> music lessons are under-way. A "Music Committee" will be <br /> established. <br /> 10.1.4 Curriculum - M . Macdonald said the English Language Arts <br /> curriculum needs to set up a meting. Also, a Tech Ed meeting will <br /> be scheduled. <br /> 10.2 Externallrts <br /> 10.2.1 Cave Cod Collaborative-- Mr. Flu ry reported he is investigating an <br /> alternative education program with other Cape and Islands <br /> Superintendents. Jim Boyle from Chicago will address the <br /> Superintendents at their January 14thmeeting. <br /> 10.2.2 Leisure Services - Mrs. Mills said Leisure Services had cancelled <br /> their meeting last night. <br /> 10.2. legislation - Included in the packet was a memo from <br /> Representative Nancy Caffyn's' office stating that Mashpe 's <br /> appropriation for Chapter 70 State Education Aid totals <br /> $3p261)701. <br /> 10.2.4 Safi Transportation Task Force- Mr's. Lynch reported on a meeting <br /> held on November 29 where projections and maintenance issues <br /> were discussed. Currently, a projection of 16 buses with 60 <br /> students per bus will be required for the 2000-2001 school year. <br /> Also at this meeting bus maintenance issues were addressed. Two- <br /> way radios between Laidlaw and the principals' offices will b <br /> installed. The next meeting will be January 11, 2 000 at 7:00 p.m. <br /> 10.2.5 Personnel C mrnittee- Mr. Paxton said there has been no meting. <br /> 10.2.6 Boosters Club-- Mrs. Cook reported that the Silent Auction held on <br /> November 1, 1999 to help sponsor the Post-Prom Party was a <br /> great success raising'$ , oo; the Touchdown Club banquet will b <br /> held on December 8th; the Sticks Club banquet was recently held. <br /> $2,000 has been donated to the Mashp e Scholarship Foundation. <br /> 10.2.7 Education Foundation - Mrs. Lynch announced she will no longer <br /> be the liaison to this committee. Mrs. Mills will replace her. Their <br /> next meeting is scheduled for December 7th where Erie Borenstein, <br />
