Mashpee Design Review Committee <br /> Minutes of Meeting Held Tuesday, November 20, 2012 <br /> ll ash ee Torn mall Meeting Room I <br /> Committee Members Present: Walter Yarosh, and Jonathan Furbush. <br /> Absent: favid Kooharian, and Mary LeBlanc. <br /> Also Present: Joyce Maso ,'Town Manager <br /> Charlie Maintanis — Building Department <br /> Walter Yarosh called the meeting to order at :31 a.m. <br /> Greene street <br /> Zebra Signs, Paul Luszcz <br /> The Lanes Bowl & Bistro <br /> Signage..__ <br /> Paul Luszcz and-Jeffrey Mor appeared. Paul Luszcz addressed the meeting <br /> and said he was representing Bobby rne's for the opening of The Lanes Bowl <br /> Bistro at Mashpee Commons. Following are highlights of the presentation <br /> made by Mr. Luse: <br /> They appeared before the ZBA because they have more than 20 square <br /> feet of signage. <br /> approved the signage contingent upon their appearing before this <br /> Committee and that's why they are here seeking Design Review approval. <br /> Showed signage,that faces parking lot and can be seen from Rt. 2 . <br /> �• <br /> They have 28 feet of store front. <br /> Shored entire building plan to show appearance. <br /> Looks retro-old fashioned. .Referring to bowlingball icon on the sign, Mr. <br /> Luszcz said they've used icons in historic districts* He said bowling <br /> signage with icon is part of their logo. <br /> Jonathan Furbush commented that at the Z A meeting he questioned the <br /> size of the bowling pin. <br /> Paul Luszcz passed aroundhis phone to shover picture he tools of the pin <br /> from Rt. 28 and from the parking lot to give some idea of hover size looks <br /> from the parking. lot and roadway. <br />
