Minutes of Combined Meeting of <br /> Mash ee Design Review Committee and <br /> Mashpee Ilan Review Committee <br /> Held Tuesday, December 4, 2012 <br /> Mashpoe Town Hall Meeting Room 3 <br /> Design Review Members Present: Walter Yarosh, Mary LeBlanc and Jonathan Furbush <br /> Plan Review Members Present: <br /> Charlie Maintanis, Local inspector <br /> Toni Fudala, Torn Planner <br /> Joel Clifford, Fire Inspector <br /> Glen Harrington, health Agent <br /> Catherine Laurent, DPW Director <br /> Scott Darline, Police Department <br /> Joyce Mason, Town Manager <br /> Charlie Maintanis called the meeting to order at 9:07 a.m. <br /> 401 Nathan Ellis Highway <br /> Dino M it ro kosta s <br /> Return with additional information <br /> Site Plan and eterio elevations <br /> Steve Daley appeared and said Dino was not able to be present so he came for this meeting. Steve <br /> Daley referred to the 11/6/12-lb set of Plans submitted as the new version of Flans. Walter Yar sh <br /> stated that what was requested at the previous meeting'mere plans shoring existing elevations of <br /> current building with front eleir tion of the street side; and that is not on these plans. Also, picture <br /> presented here is not accurate with what is there now. Steve Daley said this picture is just <br /> rendering. <br /> Walter said concept plans are great but in order to get building permits you have to submit <br /> required Plans. <br /> Charlie Maintanis explained there may be some building code issues. This is not a true <br /> rendering of what is going to be there. <br /> Charlie said if building goes over property Iine then not sure Bu ild i ng Department oars issue a <br /> permit. Toni Fdala said 2 properties are under Special Permit. <br /> Charlie noted that once you start puffing in foundations, permanent structures, etc., now <br /> looking at structure issues. <br /> Steve Dale] said as he understands it from Dino the railing shown on this reprised plan is <br /> accurate and mounting of the structure is suppose to stay on decking and decking not suppose <br /> to expand. The unit is modular in nature; not trying to expand deck; go by 11/6/12-lb Plan. <br /> Mary LeBlanc noted that we are missing an accurate site plan. Walter added that we don't <br /> have front elevation or existing and proposed site darns. <br /> Originally outdoor patio was permitted but if structure built that requires foundation, there <br /> looking at a lot of other node issues. <br /> Steve Daley commented that currently a 2-3 foot flower box that has earth and stone is there <br /> now. He said 4 is his understanding that they weren't pouring footing but going into that flower <br /> box. <br />
