Minutes of Combined Meeting of Mash ee Design Review Committee and Mashpee Ilan Review Committee Held Tuesday, December 4, 2012 Mashpoe Town Hall Meeting Room 3 Design Review Members Present: Walter Yarosh, Mary LeBlanc and Jonathan Furbush Plan Review Members Present: Charlie Maintanis, Local inspector Toni Fudala, Torn Planner Joel Clifford, Fire Inspector Glen Harrington, health Agent Catherine Laurent, DPW Director Scott Darline, Police Department Joyce Mason, Town Manager Charlie Maintanis called the meeting to order at 9:07 a.m. 401 Nathan Ellis Highway Dino M it ro kosta s Return with additional information Site Plan and eterio elevations Steve Daley appeared and said Dino was not able to be present so he came for this meeting. Steve Daley referred to the 11/6/12-lb set of Plans submitted as the new version of Flans. Walter Yar sh stated that what was requested at the previous meeting'mere plans shoring existing elevations of current building with front eleir tion of the street side; and that is not on these plans. Also, picture presented here is not accurate with what is there now. Steve Daley said this picture is just rendering. Walter said concept plans are great but in order to get building permits you have to submit required Plans. Charlie Maintanis explained there may be some building code issues. This is not a true rendering of what is going to be there. Charlie said if building goes over property Iine then not sure Bu ild i ng Department oars issue a permit. Toni Fdala said 2 properties are under Special Permit. Charlie noted that once you start puffing in foundations, permanent structures, etc., now looking at structure issues. Steve Dale] said as he understands it from Dino the railing shown on this reprised plan is accurate and mounting of the structure is suppose to stay on decking and decking not suppose to expand. The unit is modular in nature; not trying to expand deck; go by 11/6/12-lb Plan. Mary LeBlanc noted that we are missing an accurate site plan. Walter added that we don't have front elevation or existing and proposed site darns. Originally outdoor patio was permitted but if structure built that requires foundation, there looking at a lot of other node issues. Steve Daley commented that currently a 2-3 foot flower box that has earth and stone is there now. He said 4 is his understanding that they weren't pouring footing but going into that flower box.
