Minutes of Meeting o l #ash ee Plan Review Coni l tee Held Tuesday, March 20, 2012 llashee Torn Nall Meeting Room 1 Plan Review Members Present: Charlie Maintanis., Local Inspector ; .,Joel Clifford, Fire Inspector Tori Fudala, Town Planner Mike Benton, Police Department Glen Harrington, Health Agent Catherine Laurent, DPW Director Charlie Iaintanis called the meeting to order at 9:15 a.m. 166 Noisy Hole Road George and Helen Ilandigo Kennel _license- og ---� George and Helen Mandigo were present. They have 4 Shih Tu dogs; no intention of starting a kennel. Back yard fenced in. Fencing is privacy on side and 4 foot chain fink at back since just goods at back. Walk dogs on leash. Not breeding nor boarding other dogs. 2 are older dogs and when they are no longer with there then they'll just have 2 dogs. Dogs are licensed and all 4 dogs are up-to-date on all their shots. They notified neighbors but did not hear from 3 of then. When they walk the dogs they pick up and throw in trash. 2 young dogs crated when applicants not there; they are indoor crates. Mike Benton asked whether dogs ever left alone outside. Applicants responded no, never". Glen Harrington informed thea that once a year the animal inspector will be by to do an inspection. Motion: Glen Harrington motioned to approve the kennel a pplia tion for 166-Noisy Hole Road; Torg F data seconded the motion; and it was unanimously passed. Glen Harrington instructed the applicants to get sign-off forms from Torn Clerk.
