Minutes of Meeting g of <br /> Mashpee Plan Review committee <br /> Held Tuesday, April 3, 2012 <br /> Mashpee Torn H ii Meeting Bova 1 <br /> Flan Review Members Present; <br /> Charlie Ilaintanis# Local Inspector ; <br /> .noel Clifford, Fire Inspector <br /> Torn Fudala, Town Planner <br /> Mike Benton, Police Department <br /> Glen Harrington, Health Agent <br /> Drew McManus, Conservation Agent <br /> Catherine Laurent, DPW Director (arrived 9:55 a.m. <br /> Charlie Maintanis called the meeting to order at 9:07 a.m. <br /> 76 Cayuga Avenue <br /> Kris Carpenter <br /> Kennel l license do s <br /> Kris Carpenter was present. she said she has 4 dogsāone is-in mother-in-lave apartment. Kris <br /> Carpenter showed photos of fencing at the property. Mike Sexton said there have been no <br /> complaints. <br /> Motion: Glen Harrington motioned to approve the kennel application for 75 Cayuga Avenue; <br /> Mice sexton seconded the motion; and it was unanimously passed by all Flan Review <br /> members re ent <br /> Blue castle give <br /> Informal review of a cluster subdly sion <br /> Scott Bauer and Arthur Aldrich <br /> Arthur Aldrich appeared and said he met with Torn Fudala on several occasions and fine tuned the <br /> Plan with suggestions from Torn Fudala, Natural Heritage and with Habitat. Mr. Aldrich said they are <br /> planning on building small, 2-bedroom homes. <br /> They did not identify any wetlands; probably box turtle habitat.: <br /> They would improve the road. <br /> Torn water there noir <br /> Toren Fudala noted this would be a Planning Board special Permit issue. <br /> Glen Harrington said they are not big lots so they will not be big homes. lir. Aldrich said "no <br /> they're not going to be big:but he thins that's a great way to keep the Mshpee "feel". <br /> Jlr. Aidrich pointed out the 20 foot emergency access-planned. <br /> Torn Fudala told Mr. Aldrich-he will need to get house numbering system from Torn Clerk. <br /> f <br />
