Members agreed that there was <br /> nothing in particular to discuss. <br /> REQUESTS FOR TRANSFER <br /> Members discussed a Reserve Fund Transfer Request of $750 for the <br /> Harbormaster Expense Account for a break job on his truck. Dan <br /> Goggin MOTIONED to accept, John Ferriday seconded the Motion and <br /> members voted 4-1, Ed Baker opposed. <br /> The Board of Selectmen requested a transfer of $25,000 for Legal <br /> and Engineering. Denise Sullivan MOTIONED to accept the transfer. <br /> Dan Goggin seconded the Motion and members voted 5-0 approving with <br /> the acknowledgement that Ms. Greelish was going to request a list <br /> of exactly where the money is being spent. <br /> The Treasurer/Tax Collector wished to transfer $2 ,272 to her <br /> Expense Account for the excess money needed for the preparation of <br /> quarterly tax bills. Ms. Greelish suggested asking Ms. Shaw for a <br /> list of where the money is going (anticipated expenditures through <br /> June 30th) . Members agreed that this was a good suggestion. <br /> The Police requested $15,850 to be transferred to their Salary and <br /> wage Account. The request is due to overtime for <br /> investigation/apprehension of increasing volume of B&E Larceny <br /> suspects; court appearances as scheduled; continued existing <br /> minimum patrol/dispatch staffing and increased workload due to <br /> shortage of manpower in regard to Sgt. Mace. Ed Baker MOTIONED <br /> approve this transfer request. John Ferriday seconded the Motion <br /> and members voted in acceptance 5-0 . <br /> The next meeting is scheduled for May 3 , 1993 at 6 :00PM, prior to <br /> the Annual Town Meeting.
