Ms. Greelish asked whether or not the committee wished to discuss the Special Town Meeting Articles. Members agreed that there was nothing in particular to discuss. REQUESTS FOR TRANSFER Members discussed a Reserve Fund Transfer Request of $750 for the Harbormaster Expense Account for a break job on his truck. Dan Goggin MOTIONED to accept, John Ferriday seconded the Motion and members voted 4-1, Ed Baker opposed. The Board of Selectmen requested a transfer of $25,000 for Legal and Engineering. Denise Sullivan MOTIONED to accept the transfer. Dan Goggin seconded the Motion and members voted 5-0 approving with the acknowledgement that Ms. Greelish was going to request a list of exactly where the money is being spent. The Treasurer/Tax Collector wished to transfer $2 ,272 to her Expense Account for the excess money needed for the preparation of quarterly tax bills. Ms. Greelish suggested asking Ms. Shaw for a list of where the money is going (anticipated expenditures through June 30th) . Members agreed that this was a good suggestion. The Police requested $15,850 to be transferred to their Salary and wage Account. The request is due to overtime for investigation/apprehension of increasing volume of B&E Larceny suspects; court appearances as scheduled; continued existing minimum patrol/dispatch staffing and increased workload due to shortage of manpower in regard to Sgt. Mace. Ed Baker MOTIONED approve this transfer request. John Ferriday seconded the Motion and members voted in acceptance 5-0 . The next meeting is scheduled for May 3 , 1993 at 6 :00PM, prior to the Annual Town Meeting. Any last minute problems or questions will be addressed. The meeting adjourned at 9:o0PM.
