VI, Superintendent's Mr. Fluery updated the Committee on the status of the new Office superintendent's office renovations. He said the roof units for the air conditioning need to be installed; tiling will be in on September 25th, and the bathrooms rooms will be installed within four weeks. Proposed move-in date is September 22nd. The proposed superintendent's office budget was discussed. Motion made by Mrs. cook, seconded by Mr. Caswell, to move $47,713. from the salary and wage accounts to the superintendent's office renovation account. NOTE: Unanimou Discussion followed on increasing the high school Grades 7/8 guidance secretary's position from school yearpart- time to school year full time. Motion made by Mrs. Cook, seconded by Mrs. Lynch, to increase the Grades 7guidance secretary's position from school year part-time to school year full time. VO'T'E: Unanimous VII.
