It was decided t <br /> discuss this issue at the next budget meeting on January 4,2001. <br /> .2 Food Service Update — Mr. McGown received the report from <br /> hartwell , however, it needs some clarification. Mrs. Cook reviewed <br /> the minutes of the lunch menu committee. Also, fir. McCown <br /> reported that Snap Systems would like to have their services b <br /> considered at the elementary level. They are currently at the high <br /> school. <br /> 8.3 Facilities •Report -- 1n his monthly report, Mr. Cook reported the <br /> following- <br /> Coombs School: <br /> New rooftop units are in place and running, however, final <br /> adjustments will be done to balance the rooms connected to the <br /> units. <br /> • Mr. Cook met with Coombs School principal Louise Doyle to plan <br /> for the new playground. <br /> Quashnet School: <br /> • Calibration of all classroom pneumatic heating devices is <br /> scheduled during the December vacation. <br />
