"Preliminary FY2 02 Chapter 70 Worksheet" dated 2726101 <br /> The Committee reviewed the Massachusetts Department of Education Preliminary <br /> FY2 02 Chapter 70 Worksheet for the Torn of Mashpee. To date, a total of <br /> $41612,506 is projected in FY02 aid. In FY01,the total Chapter 70 aid was <br /> $4,108,93 . The Chapter 70 change from F YO I to FY02 is $503,568. <br /> Imo. "Chapter 70 Foundation Budget FY02. Preliminary" dated 2126101 <br /> The Chapter 70 Foundation Budget FY2. Preliminary was reviewed. The <br /> information will be considered in preparation for the Board of Selectmen's School <br /> budget meeting on Monday, March 26, 2001. <br /> Irv. "Long-Term Trends in Individual Districts' Enrollments by Grade" <br /> slated 2127101 <br /> Dong-term trends in 1 lashpee's enrollments according to grade were reviewed. <br /> The total enrollment in 1980 was 456 students. In 2000, enrollment increased to a <br /> total of 2,204 students. <br /> V., "FY2002 Summary Budget Worksheet" <br /> The FY02 summary budget worksheet reflects a total budget request of <br /> $1593753000. It was noted that the Board of Selectmen and Finance Committee <br /> conducted a workshop session on the FY2 budget. Under consideration is a <br /> separate line item for Special Education and also utilizing the Reserve Fund as a <br /> potential mechanism for unforeseen energy costs. The issue will be reviewed in <br /> detail at the upcoming budget meeting with the Selectmen and Finance <br /> Committee. <br /> V1. vinyl Siding <br /> Bids for the vinyl siding and aluminum coverage project in response to the <br /> Request for Proposal were submitted to the Office of the Su ermtendent on <br /> March 1 , 200 1. Data pertaining to the bid specifications and related scope of <br /> work is presently deemed incomplete at this time. The matter will be discussed <br /> f rther with Don Cook, School Facilities Supervisor, in conjunction with Bill <br /> Butler, the llashpee School District Counsel. <br /> VH, QS Dishwasher Project . <br /> Three quotations were submitted for the replacement of the Quashnet School <br /> Dishwasher. TriMark United Fast submitted the low bid quote in the amount of <br /> $22,590.00. The CIP FY02 funding for the project is $19,000. The balance of <br /> $3,590.00 and approximately $6,000 for associated mechanical connections are <br /> recommended by the Business Administrator for transfer to account 24 1. The <br /> issue was deferred to the next scheduled meeting. <br />
