School Lunch Proposal <br /> The Request for Proposal (RFP) related to the School Lurch Program has <br /> been forwarded to Attorney Butler for review. Discussion followed with regards <br /> to the participation problem associated to the school lunch program. The Menu <br /> Committee is a. tieipated to conduct due diligence and review the commodities of <br /> the program in an effort to bring forth increased program participation and <br /> M revenue. <br /> Lam. First Student Letter dated March 9, 2001 <br /> Correspondence was received from James Quinlan, Contract Manager of First <br /> Student relative to the school bus parting situation. A site has leen determined, <br /> and they are now working to acquire a special permit foron-site parking. <br /> hearing is scheduled on April l i, 2001 at the lashpee Ton Hall. The matter <br /> will be further discussed at the next scheduled School Committee meeting. <br /> X. `Proposed Transfers" dated 3/15/01 <br /> Fuss McCown, Business Administrator recommended the following transfers for <br /> approval, <br /> Expense $1511913.50 <br /> Transportation Realignment $ 41,031.00 <br /> SPED realignment $206,16 1.00 <br /> Total; $399,105.58 <br /> Motion made hy.11rs. Cooly to approve the Transfers ire the amount of <br /> $399,105.58 as proposed, seconded by Mr. Caswell. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. <br /> X1. "Unpaid Bills' memos to Principals dated February 23, 2001 <br /> monthly update of unpaid hills was reviewed. It was noted that the situation is <br /> improving. It was noted that the contractor servicing the accounting system was <br /> behind for two weeps. As a result, several warrants were not paid timely. <br /> SII. "Retirements for FY01"" <br /> The retirements for FY2001 were reviewed. The employee's as listed included; <br /> Ellen Davis, Caro l Dottridge, Demaris Looker, and Helen Sweeney. <br /> �. School Lunch Report <br /> The comparison of the School Lunch report by month for fiscal year 2000 and <br /> 2001 was reviewed. <br /> XW. Expense Financial Report FY2001 <br /> The FY01 Financial Report will he further reviewed at the next scheduled <br /> meeting. <br /> i <br />
