Update on CAnital haprovement Bond <br /> k <br /> Catherine provided a list of projects on the $1.5-Million budget approved at the May 2017 Town <br /> Meeting and updated the Committee on the status of the projects completed. In referring to item <br /> PC-9, Catherine said hath the Quashnet and KC Coombs projects were done through Cape Light <br /> Compact incentives and a Green Communities Grant. <br /> Catherine said work proposed this upcoming summer includes HVAC improvements at the <br /> Diddle/High School and the KC Coombs School and preplacement of window glass for specific <br /> Wi0 ndo rs at the Coombs School only. Because the Quashnet School project will require <br /> relocation of administrative offices and Camp Falcon from that school into the other two, some <br /> of the work originally proposed for steer may need to be postponed. <br /> Catherine advised that bathroom renovation at DPW was completed mainly by in-house staff and <br /> is complete except for relocation of the custodial closet. <br /> Update on FYI 9 CIP <br /> Catherine said the Town Manager handed out his recommendations for the PCC moving forward <br /> on two item namely, the $50,000 annual replacement of flooring- and the storage garage at <br /> DPW for smaller equipment. <br /> New Business <br /> P a rnent of Invoices <br /> Steve Cookp resented invoices being submitted for payment: e Pertcon, Inc for$3, 7105 <br /> BidDocs Online for 4 452.57- and Raymond Design for $10,463.50- for a total amounting to. <br /> $189626.07. <br /> MOTION: Toni O'Neill motioned to approve payment of the 3 invoices presented; Geoffrey <br /> Gorman seconded the motion{ <br /> Vote: 3 Yes, Unanimous. <br /> Torn O'Neilldes., Geoffrey Gorman,yes, Steve Cook,yes. <br /> Annual Re ort <br /> Catherine provided a draft of the PCC Annual Report she prepared for submission and inclusion <br /> in the Town Annual Report. <br /> MOTION: Worn O'Neill motioned to accept the Annual Report for 2017 as presented- Geoffrey <br /> Gorman seconded the motion. <br /> Vote: 3 Yes.
