<br /> Attendees: Chairwoman Theresa Cook, Ben Caswell, Mollie Reis, Janice Mills, and Peter Thomas. Also in
<br /> attendance were Superintendent of Schools Sherwood Fluery and Business Administrator Michael Tarlow.
<br /> I. Call Meeting Mrs.Cook called the regular meeting to order at 6:35 p.m. in the Quashriet School
<br /> to Order Library.
<br /> II. Executive Session Motion made by Mr.Caswell,seconded by Mr. Thomas,to move into executive session
<br /> at 6:36 p.m.for the purpose ofnegotiations and personnel.
<br /> Doll Call Vote: In favor---Mrs. Cook,Mr.Caswell, Mrs. Reis, Mrs.Mills, and Nor.
<br /> Thomas;opposed—none.
<br /> The regular meeting reconvened at 7:03 p.m.

<br /> 3.2 Executive Session — December 5, 2001 — Motion made by Mr. Caswell,
<br /> seconded by Mrs. Mills, to approve the minutes ofthe executive session held on

<br /> 3.3 Special Meeting,— December 18, 2001 — Motion made by 11th. Caswell,
<br /> seconded by Mrs. Mills, to approve the minutes of the special meeting held on
<br /> December 18,2001.

<br /> I . Public Forum There were no"Public Forum"participants this evening. However,Mrs. Cook stated
<br /> that former Finance Committee member Tony Calf passed away on Sunday. At this
<br /> point,funeral arrangements were unknown.
<br /> V. Acknowledgments 5.1 WAS All Stars—Mrs. Cool{read aloud the MCAS All-Stars who each
<br /> achieved Advanced Scores on the 2001 WAS AS Exam in Grade 10. They were:
<br /> Elizabeth Ashe, Chirs Bohmfalk, Ashley l olbroe , Kira Daigle, Elizabeth Davison,
<br /> Elizabeth Finn, Chris Gaspard, Sara Gilman, Chris Corezyea, Leah Crimes, Kristina
<br /> Irizarry, Erin Langill, Bile Loy o, Kim Miller, Sarah Nemec, Steffen Pannone, Frank
<br /> Peros, James began, Brad Stohr, Ashley Stolba, Matt Surabian, Kevin Wilcox, and
<br /> Max Willoughby.
<br /> . "Letter of Commendation" from Bob Tippo — Robin Leggatt — Mrs. Cool
<br /> acknowledged Mrs. Geggatt for her efforts in obtaining $3,000 from the will wbend
<br /> Foundation. Mrs. Geggatt's fifth grade class took a field trip to the Pequot Museum in
<br /> Stningtn,Connecticut.
