MASHPEE SCHOOL COMMITTEE—REGULAR MEETING—MARCH 6,,2002 PAGE <br /> 11.1.5 Finance Committee — Issues regarding school finance were discussed <br /> previously. <br /> 11.2 External Reports <br /> 11.2.1 Cape Cod Collaborative—Mrs. Reis was unable to attend their meeting. <br /> 11.2.2 Leisure Services—Mr. Thomas said their February meeting was cancelled and <br /> rescheduled for March '. Also,Mrs. Cook noted Reich Riberdy was recently <br /> appointed as the School Committee's liaison to the Leisure Services Advisory <br /> Council. <br /> l 1.2.3 Safe Transportation Task Force — Mir. Caswell said there is a meeting set for <br /> Thursday,March 14,2002 at :00 p.m. <br /> 11.2.4 Affirmative Action Committee — Mr. Flu ry attended a meeting held on <br /> February 26th and said a number of issues were discussed. He said Lou Aria <br /> St. Cyr will be attending the next meeting to discuss what types of services are <br /> available at the high school. <br /> 11.2.5 Boosters Club -- Mr. Thomas said there was a meting on February 14 1. <br /> Kudos to Athletic Director Michael Horne and the interaction with the <br /> community. The high school press box was also discussed at this meeting. <br /> Their next meeting is slated for March 14,2002. <br /> 11.2.6 Indian Education — Mr. Fluery said the American flags at each school were <br /> lowered to half staff due to the passing of Russell Peters this week. <br /> 11.2.7 Health Advisory Committee—Mrs.Cook said there is a meeting scheduled for <br /> March l 1h at :00 p.m. <br /> XII. Other Mrs.Mills said the After-Prom Party Silent Auction will be held on Sunday,1 March 1 'b <br /> from 2:00-4:00 p.m. in the high school cafeteria. <br /> XIII, Executive Session Motion made by Mr.Caswell, seconded by Mrs.Mills,,to move into executive session <br /> at 9:25 p.m. for the purpose of negotiations and personnel. <br /> Roll Call vote: In favor— Mfrs. Cools, Mr. Caswell, Mrs.. Reis, Mrs. Mills, and Mr. <br /> Thomas;opposed—none. <br /> XIV. Adjournment Motion made by Mfrs. Mills,seconded by Mfrs.
